We’re about the little moments and the big moments, the joyful ones and the challenging ones, groovin’ with it and into all of it.

Our goal is to be a full expression of love in everything that we produce. Our promise to provide products that enhance your energy and your ability to groove in the most easeful, gracious, and joyous ways possible.

We don’t preach one way, we cherish everything that makes us unique, and that includes our bio-individuality. We aim to help give you options and have fun with it, to help you discover your grooviest self.

Meet Sammy

I'm Sammy, the passionate business women, daughter, mother (pictured here pregnant with my second child), sister, friend, juicer, green smoothie lover behind Groova Juice. It's nice to see you here!

I grew up in Montreal around fruits and vegetables and, because of my family's business, I had access to the most beautiful produce I could imagine — every season.

I learned at a very young age that true health and wellness can be accessed starting with putting good things in our bodies.

Now, I spend my life on a continuous journey of curiosity about what makes each one of us feel our best, and it's my purpose to share it with you.
